CUSTOM CLIENT PORTALS WITHOUT THE CUSTOM PRICE

CorePORTAL, designed to be deployed with the CoreISSUE for Prepaid processing system, supports prepaid processors looking for an easy and secure way to open CoreISSUE for Prepaid functionality to their clients, without giving their clients direct access into the CoreISSUE for Prepaid processing system. CorePORTAL is a standalone solution that is a true “plug and play” application. Processors can easily display or hide various fields in CorePORTAL based on different client requirements, without additional development efforts.

 

Processors can fully customize an administrative portal for each client displaying the client’s logos, pictures, and messages. Client input fields can be configured based on their unique needs; i.e., one client’s identification field may be “Client ID” while another client’s identification field may be “Contract Number”. User-defined fields enable a processor to define and track  any additional information that the processor or their clients may need.

 

DELEGATE ROUTINE ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS TO CLIENTS

Processors using CorePORTAL are able to delegate many time-consuming day to day administrative activities to their clients. Using built in controls, processors can limit each clients activity to just the tasks the processor is comfortable delegating. System alerts, audit controls, and reports keep the processor informed of any activity that might indicate an inappropriate transaction.

 

With CorePORTAL, a processor’s clients can:

  • Easily set-up and issue a variety of prepaid cards

  • Establish and run payroll and benefit debit card programs

  • Upload required supporting documents and attach them to the card or cardholder record

CorePORTAL speeds the creation of new card requests and updates for existing cards via a bulk upload feature. Information can be imported into CorePORTAL and passed to the CoreISSUE for Prepaid processing platform via .XLS and .CSV files.

BUILT IN SECURITY PROTOCOLS PROVIDE PEACE OF MIND

CorePORTAL comes with advanced security protocols. In addition to standard user ID and password protocols, each user ID is restricted to a specific IP address or range of IP addresses.

 

If suspicious or unauthorized activity, of any kind, is detected, either individual or all client portals can be immediately “shut down” and locked out of the CorePORTAL protecting data in CoreISSUE for Prepaid processing system.

 

Clients may be required to perform  quarterly system, card and user audits; failure to perform scheduled audits will trigger an alert to the processor for review and  possible “shut down” of the client portal.

 

Individual client users are tracked automatically by the system. Users who fail to logon are deactivated after a defined period of inactivity.

Deploying CorePORTAL for a new client is quick and easy. CorePORTAL comes with:
