Interface output transactions and files are
received from CoreISSUE, CoreACQUIRE and CoreCOLLECT for posting to CoreSALES. Activity
from sales agents, sales managers, and related account activity is tracked, settled
and reported accordingly.
Sales Rep Assignments
Each Sales Representative record is set up for either Direct Sales or as an Independent
Contractor. Each Sales Manager record is set up as either Sales Management or as
an Independent Sales Organization.
Commissions
Commissions are settled at both
the sales rep and sales manager level based on many criteria including;
-
Cardholder monetary activity,
-
Merchant monetary activity,
-
The number of new companies,
-
Number of new cardholders,
-
Number of new embossed cards, and/or
-
Number of new merchants, stores, and/or
-
Number of registers.
Companies can also pay collectors
commissions based on;
-
The amount of satisfied promise-to-pay records,
-
The number of final dispositions, and
-
The number of right party contacts.
With easy-to-define parameters companies
set up how sales representatives earn commissions for issuing, acquiring, and collection
activities. Commissions may be defined as;
An amount,
A count, or
A combination of all three.
Sales representatives may be paid
commissions based on the a long list of activities in the system, including a flat
fee for adding a new merchant, store, or register, a percentage of the merchant’s
discount, a flat fee for a terminal, printer or imprinter, or a percentage of a
terminal sales or lease price.
On the issuing side, companies can
define a flat fee for adding a new company or cardholder, for the number of cards
added, or calculates a flat fee per item posted to a cardholder or company.
For collection activity, companies
can set up a flat fee for final dispositions, for satisfied promise-to-pays, or
a flat fee for a right party contact. A commission notification (much like a cardholder
statement) is available on the Internet.
Reporting
Reports are available to review both issuing and acquiring sales activity.
Integrated Letters
Letters can be generated automatically or manually at any stage of the collection
process and as part of any scripted outcome selected by a collector. Letter templates
with commonly used variables are provided with the application, which can be easily
customized as required. Full integration with Microsoft Word is supported.
Advanced Reporting
Standard and ad hoc reports are supported to monitor accounts in collections and
collector performance. Activity-based costing reports enable accurate management
of the cost of collections and recoveries.
