and
use
the
system.
Throughout

selection,
conversion
and
implementation
process
we
believe
that
sharing
information
in
proactive
way

learning

Training
is a
part
of

interaction
with
our
customers
during
the
implementation
and
conversion
process
leading
up
to
and
including
go-live
training
for
the
end
users.
Our
trainers
will
work
to
develop
a
“just
in
time”
training
program
for
key
users
of
the
new
system.
The CoreCard
professional
training
staff
will
work
to
create
a
training
plan
that
includes
a
proactive
communication
plan
about
the
changes
to
come.
This
communication
plan
sets
a
foundation
to
prepare
users
for
their
training
sessions
and
the
transition
to
their
new
system.
CUSTOM PROGRAMMING
There
are
times
when
companies
may
need
some
custom
programming
to
meet
unique
needs,
such
as
custom
reports
or
APIs.
At
CoreCard,
all
custom
programming
is
done
by
CoreCard
employees,
not
contractors,
for
a
number
of
reasons.
One
of
the
most
important
reasons
to
keep
custom
programming
in-house
is
quality
control;
by
using
the
same
team
for
custom
code
as
for
our
base
product
development
we
follow
the
same
careful
quality
control
