IMPLEMENTATION
The quicker a company is able to set up and start running their new system from CoreCard, the quicker they can begin to realize the benefits of our products. The CoreCard Professional Services staff will guide an organization through this process including the following activities:
  • Assistance in the initial installation of your new software
  • Guidance on the setup of the tables and parameters that control the system
  • Support in the configuration of user screens
  • Counseling on the setup of work queues and workflow rules

CONVERSION PROGRAMMING
Moving accounts from the old system to the new one can be a challenging undertaking. At CoreCard we have developed a methodology that will help you through this process and simplify the conversion effort.

Our staff of conversion programmers will assist in determining what data needs to be extracted, and cleansed from the current system, and loaded into the new one. The goal is to get a company up and running as quickly as possible.  

TRAINING
Training starts when we first demonstrate our products. Our demonstrations go beyond the typical PowerPoint presentations. We believe that companies benefit more from seeing a live system that shows how easy it is to navigate and use the system.

Throughout the selection, conversion and implementation process we believe that sharing information in proactive way helps speed the learning curve. Training is a part of every interaction with our customers during the implementation and conversion process leading up to and including go-live training for the end users.  

Our trainers will work to develop a “just in time” training program for key users of the new system. The CoreCard professional training staff will work to create a training plan that includes a proactive communication plan about the changes to come. This communication plan sets a foundation to prepare users for their training sessions and the transition to their new system.

CUSTOM PROGRAMMING
There are times when companies may need some custom programming to meet unique needs, such as custom reports or APIs. At CoreCard, all custom programming is done by CoreCard employees, not contractors, for a number of reasons. One of the most important reasons to keep custom programming in-house is quality control; by using the same team for custom code as for our base product development we follow the same careful quality control methodology.
