BUILD CUSTOMER RETENTION AND INCREASE REVENUE

CoreISSUE’s Reward and Loyalty card functionality helps organizations build customer retention and promote card usage, which in turn increases revenue. The Reward and Loyalty card functionality can be configured to manage the unique features of each program offered, all within one integrated system.  With the Reward and Loyalty system activated, the management and redemption functions become an integral part of the overall program management process.

CoreISSUE’s Reward and Loyalty features include:

  • “Points” can be defined for any type of redemption: fee rebates, cash back, vouchers, gift certificates, third party vendor promotions and a variety of other methods.

  • All points, whether standard or bonus, are accrued using criteria established through system parameters.

  • Cardholders move dynamically between membership tiers based on the points criteria set in the control tables.

  • Point credits can be posted daily, weekly or monthly based on the individual program control parameters.

  • Loyalty data can be used to identify customer behavior patterns and increase revenue through targeted marketing campaigns.

  • Multiple concurrent programs for a single cardholder can be managed in one integrated system.
